I am thinking about upgrading my steering wheel from 4 spoke to three spoke. I live in riverside cty ca but work in Orange county near lake forest ca any suggestions who can do the work?

 

It depends what you are looking for. If you are looking for something close by, Gemballa (Malibu area - I think), can do it but if you are looking to ship your steering wheel and have it redone, then I would look at Dallas Custom. They do a good job and offer a competitive price.
