which car should i get??

Okay so I have been thinking and being a student with no parent support I think it is time to unload the porsche and get something a bit more practical so i can throw some money into my savings account. It breaks my heart but I know when I am older and successful I will be able to enjoy nice cars and everything. I worked extremely hard to be able to purchase my 996 with cash, which being 20 I am proud of.

Anyway I am looking at 2 different cars. I would love your guys' opinion on which I should get.

2009 Honda Accord EX-L. Black (***** to clean) Good looking car, leather, loaded, etc. automatic which I like for convenience. 45k miles.

or

2009 Mazda RX8 R3. 12k miles, white great looking car but doesn't feel as classy as the accord. Manual.

Both are within my price range. I think I would have a little more fun with the rx8 but the accord seems a bit more practical. Believe it or not the RX8 is $900 cheaper than the accord but I am sure the mod bug would bite quickly and make up for that.

What do you guys think??

Thanks for the help and I am sad to be leaving this great forum.

I would go Accord at this point in your life. You can drive it until the wheels fall off. Nothing looks better than black. Just wash it once a week.

I've owned three Hondas in my life. They are great vehicles. You can't go wrong with the Accord. They are a bit "boring" after owning a Porsche, but that's okay. You can save up some cash and buy a newer Porsche one day!

Why not get a Cayman or Cayman S ? You can sell your 996 and have money left over to buy one.

I get into my girlfriend's C class Mercedes and it's sooooo boring to drive after driving my 996. Few cars excite me anymore other than 911s.

Look into BMW 335i ...300 hp and 3xx torque

Can pick one up fairly cheap now with a few miles on them.
