JVC KW-AV head unit

Since the cd changer is broken, I can only listen to the radio and my old cassette tape , then I bought the FM Transmitter for my iPod, the reception is good but it sounds like listening to the radio. I think its time to get a new 2 Din head unit for my daily driving car. I do listen to the Chinese, Korean and Japanese songs, does anyone installed a JVC stereo unit that comes with Asian fonts for the setting menu or the songs instead of the error unicode? I saw that it works in Asia but not sure for the US market product. Thanks!

My daughter bought me a cassette adaptor to plug my phone/mp3/iPod into and it works great. Why can't you just replace the 6 cd changer unit in the frunk?

I've tried the cassette adaptor, but mine sounds more like a tapes than a mp3. I might try to unplug the cd changer and connect an aux wire for my ipod. At least for this moment I can't find any head unit that support Asian Fonts.
