LOL this is so wrong on so many levels. Another Internet mIsinformation being perpetuated on the net. I can maybe see this being part of the policy on certain track DE insurance but not general auto insurance.

BTW, just so people know only the majority of the fixed back racing seats are FIA approved. The majority of adjustable seat back seats are not.

Sorry but without any safety testing information I would not buy any seats for my car. The life of my family and friends is worth whatever good seats might cost. If I can't afford the real thing then I'll just stick with what I have now. At least I know they are safe.
