My main reason for wanting to use it in te fuel is to clean out my injectors. If new, I don't see any other benefit for you IMO.

I have read good things about Seafoam on the ClubLexus forum & I plan to try it on my 2007 IS350 because it is DFI & they seem to have carbon deposit issues in the combustion chamber. Assuming it does have deposits that the Seafoam will dislodge & some may get into the oil, I will change the oil after 200 miles. I removed my Porsche's injecters @ 70,000 miles & had them pressure cleaned & tested before & after cleaning. This returned them to like new spray pattern & volume so I would try the Seafoam fuel cleaner followed by a oil & filter change within a couple hundred miles.
