Burp Valve Won't Go Down???

Burp Valve Won't Go Down??? (Disregard, problem solved)
Recently replaced water pump, and burped system. I moved silver switch/tab to the open position, and the valve opened. Now I've moved it back to it's original position, yet the valve doesn't go down...any input?
