Where can I find this?

Hello,
I just purchased a beautiful 2000 996 C4, and am looking to upgrade the interior.

Looks like the previous driver took amazing care of the exterior, but suffered from spastic episodes with sandpaper and razor blades while driving :-) so there's some stuff that needs to be replaced. I'm looking to make some nice upgrades at the same time:

What is the style of this stick called, and where can I find it:

Thanks, and if you know where I could find a (reasonably) priced one in black, I'd be most appreciative...

Congratulations on the car. The shifter in question in the Carbon Fiber / Leather shifter. It is an OEM shifter, and I bought mine for approximately $325. You can order it from any of the (OEM) shops that sell Porsche parts - Pelican Parts, Brandywine Porsche, etc.

The shift ****, combined with a short-shifter kit, made a phenomenal difference in the "shift experience" -
