996 Cup Splitter HELP! Where to get it....

I've search around for this type of splitter. It isn't the standard 996 GT3 or GT3 cup splitter. It's made out of carbon fiber (which I don't care about). I believe people say you can get it from Mathey Porsche or RAC Perfomance.

Is there any other shops that sells this type of splitter?

You can tell that it's a different design...

That looks like the GT 3 cup splitter I know because I have one on my car the only thing is it's not carbon fiber and it really shouldn't be because it's an expendable part.and that piece will take a beating, its designed to separate from the bumper if you really abuse it to prevent the bumper from damage.

That is old and outdated. RAC quit carrying the Cup version just like Pelican at the lower price. Now if you can find it, it's around $400 IIRC.

Edit: FVD is still showing it on their site for a little over $200 but you should probably confirm if they have it in stock at that price.

Jim, you need to just fill out their online parts request form as they don't have an elaborate online catalog like others.

Or heaven forbid, pick up the phone and call their parts department.

For Sunset, that's what I usually end up doing as I found out that's the best way with them.

You mean to tell me I can't get someone else to do MY work?
I'll give them a quick call. Thanks, Jim

It's made only to fit directly on '02+ cup or gt3 bumpers but like anything, you can make it fit on anything. In the event of mk1 bumpers, many have trimmed a couple inches off both sides to make it fit better.
