2002-2004 headlamps and front bumper on a 1999-2001

Guys, anyone tried to bolt on the 2002-2004 front head lamps and front bumper onto a 1999-2001 C2? The front fenders and hood look the same. If it's just a matter of taking off the old lights and putting on some newer 2002 lights that would really give me more options for the front bumper choices

Can anyone chime in and confirm it's been done with ease or does it take a body shop to do some cutting and body work to make the swap happen?

As you can see from the link above, it's not a simple headlight and bumper swap. It's quite extensive.

Perfect, thanks for the link: A little more then what I wanted to do but if all those parts became available from a rear hit 996 I would be interested for the right price.

I also have the bixenon litronic headlamps and instead of just 1 wiring harness connector there is a second wiring harness connector when taking out the headlamps so I wonder if I need to worry about putting in an updated wiring harness?

Unless you get the headlights for a steal, this seems to be one of those frivolous mods IMHO.
