Tire Recommendations
I'm a Bridgestone fan as well, maybe not the "best" in everything, but offers a good value for what I tend to look for in a tire, KH
If you need as much grip possible won't you be looking at r-comps? R888/Hoosiers?
I'm running the PSS 325's on the rear of my 4s. Great tires
Has anyone tried the new Michelin pilot sport A/S 3... They claim an all season tire with summer tire performance... Interesting as I live in the Northwest and prefer 1 tire and don't track the car, it's a fun daily driver... Interested if anyone has tried them on their P car...
I actually TRACK WITH THESE THINGS.
Not bad for an AS tire.
The reality is that for a DD these will be far more capable than what we do to the car.
Threw on some Bridgestone S-04s yesterday, coming from an odd-ball set of S-02s up front and RE050s in the rears. Both were old (circa 2005), so the road noise was a little nutty, but they seemed to stick pretty well.
Did an alignment and my expected usage is daily fun and no track time. So far, these don't seem too bad and easy on the wallet-- KH
