I have ordered over 6 sets of tires and or wheels from Tire Rack with absolutely no issues.

 

Many thousands have ordered successfully as well. You had a computer glitch, not a "Tire Rack rip off". Get it reversed and move on.... it will be okay.

 

I have also ordered from them many times without issues.

Sorry to hear about your trouble! I'm sure they will do the right thing and take care of it.

 

have bought a plethora of tires from them over many years, no issues...if I order before noon I get them the next day

 

Tried again this morning...same result. Has to be their website. Will use another vendor.

 

fyi just ordered from onlinetires dot com and sometimes they have bottom prices.....no issues; but I will say call them because on occasion a tire may not be in stock and backordered. I don't think they carry a ton of inventory.

 

The problem is the Norton Anti virus they use.
