Suflet locking problem

This panel is bolted with 2x bolts into the roof itself on my convertible. However, there's loose "nuts" or similar inside the "pillar" above the windshield for the bolts to attach. (Words might be diffrent, but the best words I could come up with to describe the parts without knowing the original names.) But the previous owner seems to have pulled to hard when mounting back the panel and so the "nut" on one side broke. So the bolt wont attach and hold the panel up. So when trying to close the roof, the hook is trying to pull this panel down, since it's loose on one side when "locking" the roof to the body.

Does anyone know how to change the attachments for the bolts inside the roof? One screw actually fell down today. I bent the nut tighter with a flat screwdriver in the hole since the nut inside is cracked on one side, and could attach the bolt very loose, but I can't attach it properly with power, and it will probably shake down since it's broken inside.

This panel:

Inside looks like this: (picture taken from google from something else, just to describe the type of damage on the inside)

With kind regards, Jonathan.
