q's about my new c4s

Just thought Id check with you guys if these are anything I should have addressed.

First off, how smooth does your 996 startup? My new '03 C4S always starts but it sounds like it chokes for a second before it starts. Sometimes it starts perfectly, but more often then not there is a hesitation before it actually fires up. Is this normal?

Also, seems like my sunroof rattles pretty good. Is this a common occurance? Any easy fixes?

many thanks

start up sounds like mine on a cold start. My sunroof makes no rattle sounds.

No rattles from sunroof, open or closed.
No choking, but sounds a little rich just when it catches.
The car blips the throttle by itself at start-up. I never touch the pedal. (Guess its the computer working the E-gas) Really nice with the Fabspeeds!

same thing on start up...sounds like the car has a dying battery or something...dealership actually replaced the battery, got better for a couple weeks, then went back to the same...

25K miles so far, no issues on start-ups, always smooth, hot or cold. No rattles on sun roof neither, opened or closed. May be it's time for a Techron treatment (2 cans of Techron added to a full tank of gas, hit the Hwy and have fun!) to get rid of the carbon builtup in the engine intake.

my doesn't have any problem at start up. but i have to admit that it sounds a little clicky especially when i dont drive it for weeks.

i used to have many rattles. i took it back to dealer twice. i now only have few minor ones which i have learned to live with. my sunroof doesn't rattle, but i am sure the dealer can find a fix for it.
