I recommend the Willwood hitch. It's a twin receiver set up that let's you pull to pins and remove the ball mount portion, so that 99.9% of the time when you're not towing anything, all that's left on the car is the receivers, one on either side of the license plate.
The hitch was designed by Will, a retired engineer that used to design hitches for Reese. It's strictly a garage business.
