Nope, only ROW cars get the console delete as an option. PCNA spec'ed the cars with the console as standard and no delete option. Just like they spec'ed the cars with AC and stereo with no delete option.
The car in the picture was used by PCNA at a press event at VIR last week. The pictures were taken in the driveway that leads up to the clubhouse at VIR.
