Frunk latch issue

Just drove 600 miles today with a large tool box in the frunk ( wasn't rubbing anything fit in fine). Got to my destination and floor switch wouldn't open frunk.
Luckily I and made a loop inside the tow hook cable. Opened it up, but now it won't latch to properly close. Solinoid seems to be working.
Is there an adjustment that can be made as it just hits the secondary stricker.
Any ideas are welcomed. If I need to replace the unit does anyone have a part#?
Thx

Not sure, but check with Pelican Parts they might be able to help. Also check their technical section.

If you are having a hard time getting your hood open the lock may be going bad. Locks can be found here.

My latch has had an issue for years. It latches and holds perfectly fine, it actually holds too good cause I have to grab the edge of the hood and lightly pull up while hitting the open button on my key fob. The hood will then pop right open no issues.

I had a similar issue a while back and was able to fix it by adjusting the small round rubber bumpers that are on the hood. They set the distance between the hood and the body of the car. You can adjust them by hand, they just screw in and out. Not sure if this is helpful or not.

Yeah I keep meaning to try that but keep on forgetting. That's or my latch height needs to be adjusted. I'm going to mess with it while I still have my front end off.
