'00 C2 Cab Front bumper suggestions

Been seeing some member pics, but still hard to pull trigger on anything yet. I like the Ruf front but read a lot of issues re: fit/installation woes. The techequipment aero fronts are cool, but everyone's got them...

for a 99-01, I'd go with a RUF or GT2 bumper... It fits the lines of the headlights nicely.

Check out the speedART nose. We have it in stock.

shown with optional speedART lip. Also in stock.

The speedART nose is GFK and the lip is Poly.

Here is the TechArt, although harder to get.

You could always do a front end update... I went with the GT-3 bumper and newer style headlights.

How much does the '02 facelift normally costs(parts/labor)? And also, will it depreciate the value of the car on resale?

02 facelift would run about $3500+ in parts without installation and paint... so I guess around $5k all said and done

I don't know about depreciation, but buyers may wonder why the conversion was done. Other than that, people may like the upgraded front

Looks like I'll go with the OEM GT3, though i like the aggressive look of the GT2.
Thanks guys.

Are you going with the GT3 mk.I or mk.II?

I'd suggest mk.I for 99-01's unless you are going to upgrade your lights, then mk. II all the way...

Good choice... I hate to say it, but I have a feeling this winter is going to be brutal. It's starting so late, so it has got to last longer. arrghhhhhh

I'm also lining up a new bumper for next spring.
