I'm a big fan of coilovers on the 996, I've run K-Sport (solid top mount) and H&R (rubber and solid top mounts). Completely transforms the handling characteristics without sacrificing comfort.
I love Speed Yellow. Is that a manual? Every yellow I found during my search was a Tip.
The big difference with the C4 is that there are less options for suspension upgrades. Comparing the options between C2 and C4 on Tirerack helps illustrate this.

Thank you! Yes she a manual, sounds like springs are the less inexpensive way to go, what about wings for 996?

Congratulations on your purchase.
I purchased mine about a year and a half ago, and love it.
Just received my Techart springs and sway bars, not installed yet.
As far as body parts, wings etc. Don't go cheap. If you read posts on here you will understand.
Gaps and openings not correct.
There are some good prices on Porsche 996 body parts right now.
Speed yellow looks great!
