When I install my BBS wheels for winter duty, I use the manufacturer's recommendation for bolt torque. It's 96 lb./ft. as mentioned above.

STOP!!!

The torque for the 5 Lugnut/wheel nut is 130NM or 96 Lbsft.
The torque for the split rim bolts is 20 NM or 15 Lbsft.

Don't want you trashing your BBS split rims.

this is what BBS Replied to me with an email :

Thank you very much for your Email.

Unfortunately we need to inform you that it is not allowed to disassemble multipiece wheels which are produced by BBS. A disassembly of the parts is not allowed and will terminate the approval for road use. For that reason and for reasons of safety and product liability we neither inform any third party about technical details of our wheels such as the torque setting of the connecting bolts nor about any other technical data concerning the assembly or disassembly of BBS wheels.

We kindly ask you for your understanding.

Kind regards

i will take a pic later on

Good call... It's important to know which bolts we are talking about here!

My assumption was lug bolts.
