Half hour or so. Not hard at all. I'd rate it as beginner level mechanics. The bumper mounting points are already there. Just take the two screws out the bottom of the bumper and get two longer screws. That all screws right in place. Go to a hardware store and buy some nice aluminum strip and cut them down to size and put an "L" shaped bend in them. Drill a hole in the top side of the bracket where the brackets lines up with the radiator hose bracket. Take the nut off the radiator hose bracket and fasten the bracket to the diffuser and the radiator hose bracket. That's all, finished!! It's too easy

The company doesn't give any brackets or directions. Doesn't take a scientist to figure it out though.
