GT2 FONT BUMPER ON C2, Does anybody have pics of what this looks like?
I found this bumper at performance products and was wondering if anybody has pics of what it looks like on a 99-01 C2.

I think it would make the car very dangerious to handle at high speeds without the rear wing. The GT2 bumper reduces lift a lot and without the rear being pushed down you will have issues.

Agreed with Corey. I think having a fixed wing is a must.
I'd get aero mk.II side skirts and Misha's wing...

hi calh, quality on mine was a little iffy: lots of little cracks in the clearcoat, so my bodyshop guy had a PITA of a time doing it. as for fitment, its pretty good actually, not perfect..but far from terrible. most people won't notice or are willing to over look defects because it really makes the car look nice.
no regrets at all here...i can't wait to track her next season.

Put it this way...
drove my car for about a year with the GT3 rear wing and stock front bumper and it did handle much better above 120mph, but I did have to adjust it not to give me maximum downforce). When I put the GT3 front bumper on, the front sucked itself down and I could now adjust my rear wing for more downforce.
I would say aggressive front bumper, no wing... Bad. Adjustible fixed rear wing/spoiler, stock bumper...doable.
Non-adjustible fixed rear wing/spoiler, stock bumper...Unknown...

i totally disagree.
putting a big bumper in the front without a rear wing - BETTER - to plant the front end down to the ground for better control
putting a wing on the rear with no bumper up front - BAD - front end can get even more floaty/unstable because of the added downforce to the rear.
look at the rear wing from the record breaking 9ff car. tiny rear wing. it's there to clean up the turbulence. the front bumper is there to keep the car from lifting off.

Actually the C4S and 40th's bumpers aren't exactly the same, porsche uses a different splitter on both because the downforce needed is different because their rear ends are lighter. Also the Turbo's wing is not fixed, but moves into the airflow like all the others(except the GT3 and GT2). The downforce created by either the GT2 or GT3 wings is much more than the pop up spoiler that by the way vibrates at speeds over 80mpg if you didn't notice(next time watch a friends 996). BTW: The turbo's wing doesn't vibrate, but is still nothing compared to the downforce a GT2 or GT3 wing creates.
