The Rear bumper is from Anziano's and I do believe they make it for a 99, give them a call (714) 979-7040. I got their info from Deputy Dog who has it on his car as well.
I have a extra rear "Turbo Look" bumber from NR auto (go to their web site) that I will sell you cheap, it is a long story. You can search for the entire story on 6 speed if you are interested.
