Wheel fitment help!!!

Got new wheels today, but i think they are the wrong rear offset. 99 c2 with eibach spro springs. 19x11 285/30/19 with what looks to be 52 offset? Looks like the will rub on the fender lip, with all kinds of room on the inside.

I am currently running aftermarket 19X10.5 on 275/30/19 ET52; ROW M030 suspension (10MM lower than OEM specs) with no rubbing issues. For the record, ET52 will bring the wheel outward. But, I like the stance. And, ET60 to ET62, though ideal in my opinion, is almost nonexistent in the aftermarket world. Good luck.
