Replace only ignition switch or the whole assembly?

I got the part yesterday and in about 20 mins, the part was in and started with no issues. One thing I would do differently next time is not take the screws all the way out when taking out the old switch. It was a pain to try to get them to catch with the limited space under the dash.

Should be the 4A...4A0-905-849-B-M56 for an 02. They changed the PN (and Part) in 2004. Don't take the set screw all of the way out. just until 2-3 threads show or enough to slide it out.
