MkI brake set up half way there.

Bought my second 996 99 2 years ago and the PO told me the car has MKI breaks on it. I went to do the break change this past weekend I bought 04 gt3 pads and rotors all around. Well the backs fit in just great but the front don't fit. The rotors are a little bigger and thicker and the pads also look different. And now since I have the rotors and pads in my possession I can pick up a set of calipers and do the install. My question is will the calipers fit right in? Or do I need to get something else for them to fit?

P.S. The breaks that are on there now are bigger then stock. I tried to fit a set of stock rotors and pads and the stocks were to small.
