Center radiator...
Center radiator...
So Sandoval got me inspired to clean up my garage, and in the process I found my center radiator kit for my 996 that I never installed.
How much benefit is there for a street only car with this mod? I know if I supercharge or anything like that it makes sense. But on a basically stock C2 engine with no forced induction?

Then why does the X51 include a third radiator? Why do cup cars and GT3s have third radiators? I know the face lift cars and C4S have better airflow, but notice how Porsche always includes the third radiator for higher performance applications.
Granted, most street driven cars don't need it. But if you drive hard, do a lot of track miles and/or live in a hot climate it definitely helps.

thats what I said....except its probably a waste of money if you dont track your car. I have driven VERY hard in the mountains on hot days with the A/C on and my 3.4L was just fine, didnt seem to sweat.
