Rms ???

Saw a small amount of oil on the floor underneath my car in my garage ? Grabbed a flashlight and try to sneak under my car... no sign of wet oil... Could this be an RMS issue ? Are the oil leaks normal ?

well it could come from a couple different spots/ I found out that the cam sensor area has a problem with small leaks, and the bellow's hose (spring looking hose in the last two pix located in the center of the picture) can leak, mine started to leak quite a bit at the track last week and it was kind of scary.. here are a couple pix as to what I am talking about.

these are easier and cheaper to fix than the RMS.. so I am happy...
Jeff at Sunset Prosche in Portland got me all taken care of on the parts and he was aware of the issue

Where is oil on the floor in relation to the engine? Dead center at the front? To one side?

Do you still have warranty? I just took mine in this week for RMS, car was only gone 2 days. It was a pretty painless process.

Yes, I do. It's expiring on 4/19/06 so it's a good thing the leak showed up before it expires....

I think it's dead center.
