C4S Levitra effect

The factory spoiler on my 04 C4S is stuck in the deployed position. Although I am getting laid much more often nowadays, I prefer to get this fixed. The fuse is fine and there are no warning lights. Any easy DIY fix?

try this

Try playing with the switch on the outside of the fuse panel, on the driver's side footwell.

The switch in the footwell is non-op. The fuse is fine. I went to the dealer yeaterday to drop off the Wife's Boxster and they plugged my car into the computer and today the spoiler was down....until I hit 80MPH and it went back up and and now it is stuck again. Dealer is less than 20 miles away so it looks like she is going back.

There is an internal hinge mechanism accessable from the window side with the deck open, lubricate the hinges. The elevator mechanism(s) could be stuck in the 'slot'( a slotted cable mechanism driving an elevator tube-in tube), you'll have to partially disassemble the inside of the deck lid to get at it, it is a diy, but not easy if you haven't done it before.
