I've been accumulating mods for my car since last fall. Today I installed my Turbo front bumper and my 19" (997) Sport Design wheels. I love the way it looks!
I know this thread is useless without pics, so I'll snap a few on the weekend.
Next week the PSS9's, GT3 sways, agency control arms and drop links and the TT rear bumper go on!

What did you use to secure the bottom of the turbo bumper? Zip ties?

I've seen pics of 997 19 fitted to 996. It looks too high. How does your car look before lowering?

I'm using a stock TT rear bumper. My shop will either cut 30mm from the centre and bond it back together to make it fit or they may pull out the rear fenders 15mm on each side to have it line up. Once it's done I'll post which method and of course pics.

I didin't use zip ties. I cut brackets from a piece of sheet metal.
I find all 996's with stock suspension look too high. If anything it looks better with the 19's.
I was a bit worried what the 19's would do to the handling of the car as I've read many posts saying that 996's aren't well suited to 19's. I've found that not to be true. In fact I flet a much bigger difference when I went to 19's on my M5 then on the 996.

I'm not doing the suspension myself, I'm off to asia for two weeks so I'm leaving it with my shop to have it done.
