Tires make a night and day difference!

Wow... After months of having two different pairs of tires for the front and a different pair on the rear, then changing back to all same the same tires have completely changed the overall driving experience of the car! I don't even know why I'm posting this, but I'm just a little excited about how the anti-lock brakes don't kick in early and the crazy grip it has around corners now. Previously, I have posted about my anti-lock brake problem, and after a few helpful board members telling me that it was because the different tire set ups, I decided to change out the fronts and have all Michilin Pilots. So thanks to the knowledge of the board members I'm happy to drive my car again!

I tell people all the time NOT to mix tires on this car. This is proof why.....

Yeah, cost is a reason mixing tires would happen, Pilot's are expensive. Also, mixing tires with other cars haven't been a problem in previous BMW's, but obviously Porsche's don't like them. You learn from your mistakes.

Exactly how old are you? I come on here to learn and share some experiences with owning a Porsche, not to receive stupid comments. While I may sound like an idiot for mixing tires on a P-car, I assumed they would handle them the same as any other car.
