You're right. I can't find my original post either. Weird. Maybe it got lost when the forum changed over last year.

Regardless, I still have it on my computer. It's "around" 25 in the middle and 10 on top.

For $50, there is no reason not to dyno every part that costs over $500. Why wouldn't you. I guess I'm just skeptical, but I've dyno'd every major mod so far.

And yes, my car is supercharged. However, I have seen the exact same gains on NA cars using the same headers, just with less overall power. The SC has nothing to do with it. My boost levels (5 psi) did not change with header installation. The RSS plenum was installed after this dyno. I'll have to try and dig that one up too since that part generates a ton of interest. FWIW, I got about 10 rwhp on top from the plenum.

Anyway....

Oh, and yes... you do lose power on the bottom end. That is the nature of exhaust tuning. You give to get. If somebody says you're gonna make big HP on the top and bottom, go buy another brand. Unfortunately that is just the way this stuff works. Personally I'm more concerned about upper RPM power. From around 4.5K, the suncoast headers clearly make power.

How heavy are the compared to Fabspeed Maxflos and are the power gains same? Also, I notice that my car tops out at around 100mph in third gear at Thunderhill. Will headers up this limit?

I was all set to trade my car in, returned it to stock, sold my aftermarket stuff(incld fabs), then the deal soured. Now I wish I had my fabspeed stuff back
Maybe somebody will hook me up with a set of maxflows?

His guy isn't really in trenton, but more like exit 3 or 2 off the turnpike, don't remember exactly. But he's the guy who did my MKII muffler mod

How would a set of 200 cell cats affect the power curve?

Probably the same. More top end power again with a slight loss on the bottom I'm guessing. I want to do some testing, but I haven't found any bargains on high flow cats yet. I had cat bypasses on for a day, but it was obnoxiously loud and they were removed immediately.

Do you have his contact info? I've wanted to do the Pedro muffler mod on my Boxster, and I work right off of Exit 4 of the NJ Turnpike.
