keoni1978, at 10k, just change your oil, manual says every 15k. As I mentioned to allen_96er, you can either go to the dealer and pay $200 plus or buy oil at Target at $3.99/qt. (you'll need 9 quarts) and oil filter at the dealer ($15) and go to another shop. Also you can go to those drive-thru oil changers but bring your oil and filter..really depends on what you want to do...
Jiffy Lube in San Mateo (I think on either 3rd or 4th) will do the job for you. I spoke with them a while ago. In SF, The Stable (independent Porsche shop) specializing in 98's and below can also do it.
