keoni1978, at 10k, just change your oil, manual says every 15k. As I mentioned to allen_96er, you can either go to the dealer and pay $200 plus or buy oil at Target at $3.99/qt. (you'll need 9 quarts) and oil filter at the dealer ($15) and go to another shop. Also you can go to those drive-thru oil changers but bring your oil and filter..really depends on what you want to do...

 

My question is which shop? because I dont feel like paying $200+ for a simple oil change. Thanks for the info City!

 

Jiffy Lube in San Mateo (I think on either 3rd or 4th) will do the job for you. I spoke with them a while ago. In SF, The Stable (independent Porsche shop) specializing in 98's and below can also do it.

 

I can get one of the women to change your oil. But it is still going to cost you a beer.
