ME: ... ok.. go ahead.. (why??)

OP2: Oh, I'm sorry. All of our advisors are currently busy, can you leave your name and telephone number, and i'll let them call you back.

This Doesn't Sound Bad

This Doesn't Sound That Bad

You got their central switchboard who routed you to their service section operator, then their service advisors were busy with other customers, but she takes your info and they call you back in a prompt manor. What's wrong with this ? It's not like they have a 10 guys waiting on the line for the next available customer. it's not like they blew you off, or hung up on you. I have had service done over at Rusnak Porsche and they are pretty good. If you think you will get better service somewhere else you are probably wrong. I have had numerous cars serviced at Glendale Mercedes, Glendale BMW, Ford, Honda and none are better. these days there are far more cars that need servicing than able bodies there. Over at Honda, my brother actually had to call in to find out his car had been fixed both times, after they told him they would call every time. If you expect them to coddle you good luck. I have not been to any dealership that does that. Not Lexus, not Porsche, not Mercedes.

Wink

If I treated my customers that way I would be out of business. Location, location, location is nice and everything but, I say customer service, customer service, customer service!!

nothing but good things from the service dept at rusnak for me. they went the extra mile. If you've ever been there the place is huge. Anyway, if I lived close enough I would not go elsewhere.

Its such a joke how some of these dealerships are run, most of the staff could care less and is only there for the paycheck, people will still use these dealers because they feel they have peace of mind and the money and business will still come in to these incompetint delaerships.

Taking my car into Downtown L.A. Porsche . . . will let you know how their service is. So far, the service advisor was courteous and very professional over the phone when I schedule the appointment.

As you know already, Rusnak SAs are constantly inundated with work due to the heavy traffic going thru their service department. If you want a more personal level of service, I'd go with a smaller Porsche dealer or an independently owned shop.

If you want good service, you have to walk in to the dealership. For example, everyone at Pacific Porsche has been extremely nice face to face when in person. However everytime I call over the phone for information or parts, it's a different story. I called to ask about extending my factory warranty and left a message, but no one ever called me back. That was a month ago. Most dealerships are like this from my experiences.

I had my Boxster (before I sold it for my C4 Cab) in there for service and had a good experience. Ask for Mike Barcelona.

Allen_96er:

Not to be flippant, or rude, but you need to get a spelling checker.

I believe that you had a Complaint about your Brakes

If you are compliant with your dealers wishes then it is a high probability that he will not give you any Breaks or sympathy with your issues.

You also might consider another Repair store.

Now if english is a second language for you then I will give you a Break on this. But if english is your native tongue, then all I can say is "Dude, your grammar sucks"
