CA is tough on laws. How many of you have been pulled over and have the cop say, "lets see that engine!" Unlike the competition, K&N does get CARB certifications for the intakes in about a year. That is when it goes from a 63 series to a 57 series. Again, K&N posts this legal stuff for their protection
