Custom Subwoofer(s)...

It's been a while since I posted, in any case, a couple of months ago I had some custom subs installed in my speed yellow.. I wanted something out of the ordinary (plain carpeted boxes looked bland after a while), so they hooked me up nicely..

(2) JL 10W3's.. insanely tight bass..

WOW! Who did the work for you? Can you still use the back seats? Do they obstruct your rearview?

Thanks in Advance!!!

Soundwaves on Rt. 46 West in Parsippany NJ..

They don't obstruct any view at all.

The back seats can still be folded up (that was my requirement). When they are fully up, you can see the tops of the speaker pods, looks very cool!

I love that install. They mentioned that they used all real carbon fiber too. The detail and work that went into that just blows my mind. The equipment used is also top notch. I run the exact same components (MB Quart QSD's and JL W7) in my car and they sound wonderful together. The only down side to the system in this 996 is you have to give up that back seat. But then again the seats back there are pretty much useless anyway

Darren911:
hahaha...i know... the only thing I didn't like about my original setup is the ghetto looking subwoofer, but the new one certainly looks nice... but it's still not outstanding yet...
that's why i'm either thinking of wrapping my whole subbox with carbon... or factory leather with yellow stitching...

hehe...and btw... i dont' like the way they put amp and in the rear... but I love the way they design the angle and leather under the amps...
And I love all those carbon... hm... i think i'm addicted to carbon stuff....wahahaha
