Looking to do a little body work

on my car and was wondering if anyone had any recs for a good shop in northern NJ. My car has quite a few dings on the hood and a couple of scratches courtesy of my 8 y.o. and his back pack.

I'd prefer not to repaint the whole car at this point just some touch up work.

TIA

Compact Auto Body
279 Main St, Matawan NJ 07747

(Exit 117 or 120 off the GSP)

They did the body kits on my 350z, Mustang, SLK, and my IS300.
Aside from that, they are always working on high end cars and dont shy away from projects as other shops tend to do sometimes.

Work is great, and paintmatch has never been an issue.

Hope that helps.

Place to get that done would be

Straightline Automotive in Union Beach, NJ
(off GSP Exit 117)
Owners name is Don.

Its a little speed shop, but the owner is the sole mechanic, does all the work himself, and his work is immaculate. Hes even gone as far as fabricating parts for my Z if we couldnt buy/find what we needed. And his prices are very very reasonable.

I've seen him do work on Gallardos and P-cars in person.
You can always give him a call and see what he says. Just make sure you call if u decide to go there, as he is always back-logged on work, and only takes cars by appointment.

Hope that helps..

Glad I could help.

If you give him a call,
tell him you are friends with Peter who has the 350z.
He will do the right thing by you.

Best of luck

Also for the suspension work, Old Bridge Tire, they advertise in the NNJ PCA Mag. They did the ROW 030 on my C2
