I just helped a buddy find one and 65 was the lowest that I saw. Saw a dealer have one on the lot for 75.

Keep in mind it is considered the most advanced pinnacle of the normally aspired 996 class, the best selling 911 in history. ( I am a little biased)

I sold it on 6speed. Auto Trader wasn't much help. Dupont Registry was a waste of money. I should have tried ebay, but was too busy/lazy to put it up for auction.

My car is up for sale now at a small norcal dealer for $75k.

I loved my 40th. Good luck with your sale.

haha. well the x51 will never have the endurance race proven water cooled block and head based from the GT1. oh ya it has a dry sump. sorry x51 AND the gt3 can have all the creature comforts you mentioned.

don't get me wrong. the x51 is a the greatest iteration of the m96 motor but it is no gt3 motor

The 40th anniversary can't hold the GT3's jock strap. Don't get me wrong, I love my 40th and wouldn't trade for anything, except a GT3.

That's because the 40th is busy holding the g-string . Who wants to hold a jock strap anyway??

my buddy sold his 40th for 63k around 10-13k miles. to be honest, i'd purchase an 02 and slap a supercharger on if i was in the market for a 996
