Yellow headlight covers?

What do you guys think about these YELLOW covers...is a film or a whole new assembly? Is it too ricer? I kinda like it..as it looks different..and the yellow looks good on a silver car...

Where do they sell these?

The reason for the yellow lights is to signify different classes of race cars. When you watch these races, you'll see cars with HID's, yellow lights, white lights, etc. This way, if you're in a slower class and you've got HID's zooming up behind you, you know to get the hell out of the way.

Looks ugly for a street car unless you drive in fog all the time!

You guys are funny! Love it...

yeah its a little ricerfabulous...but if its easily removable...it may be fun to put those on for a meet or gtg and take them off whenever.

But I can see how they look like you are trying too hard...

I thought it was a film they put on the car like tape on the glass to keep it from shattering and littering the track...

It's called Laminex, you knuckleheads. J/K. It is a film and is removeable. It's very popular with VW guys right now. I personally think it looks pretty cool, even on street cars. If you had the motorsport them going with your car, it would fit right in and add a real racey look as it does on the GMG car.

they were all over the porsches in the rolex24. I can get transparent film in any color. its about $60. I'm using it to tint the vulnerable spaces on my headlights.

Yup, laminx. You can find some sheets on ebay for about 45 bucks, comes in different thicknesses too. I like it on black, blue, and white cars, but not so sure about silver.
