hey guys newbi here im working on my cars pics(bad with computor) and i recently bought a 996 c2 and having problems already the car has 28k milse and its an 02 3.6 liter and sinse i have an extended warranty i wanna take advantage of it b 4 i start with any mod that i ordered

fabspeed headers
fabspeed exaust
h&r springs
and 19 inch wheels that i picked up really cheap on ebay
19/8.5 and 19/10.5

now here is my problems

sometimes the exaust cough out white smokes(sometimes)

another problem is the clutch get really soft when i keep the car at high rpm(regardless of speed and gears)

i went through alot of cars but i ve never had these issus with my jap car b 4 so im having a real difficult time trying to figure out what to do

i ve had subbi sti and integra ls turbo(it and about 13 sec on the track)
mer sl55 and e 55 (auto)BIMMER 328 and 86 collora

could some hel me on this please

Welcome to 6speed you have to post pictures or you wont get the new member package! Take your car to a local dealer and have the white smoked checked out could be serious like water getting into combustion chamber!

 

What does the dip stick look like do you have any white like frothy residue this could indication you have a blown head gasket.

 

Sounds like a possible clutch package is under-way.....
