If anyone can guess why by this picture that this setup will not pump water wins! " A Pat on the Back". And I will post the rest of setup.

Because the hoses enter and exit at the top of the cooler. One needs to be at the bottom.

Because that don't look like a radiator to me.............it looks like an OIL cooler to me... .....and you know water and oil don't mix.....

Your reservoir won't get any water to it.

In addition, the radiator is wayyyyy to low for bumper.

Vortech sells many combinations of Intercooler setups, getting colder

Well guess what you are the lucky ......... oooops wrong! But not sure that a water pump will not pump oil for a while.

Actually I have not taken a test in quit awhile either, but the question reveals allot.

Well, it's obvious that you do not have the hoses connected properly. The line from the filler is gravity fed and enters the upper part of the reservoir. The outlet from the reservoiur should go to the radiator. I have no idea where yours is going to. The pump also pulls from the reservoir.

Hard to tell since the pump is not visable.

Hoses are correct and the pump is in the picture to the right. Goes res to pump then rad then intercooler then back as a loop. You are getting close though why it will not work in current config. Tried to post a picture but problem with there server, always a hit or mis tyoe of thing.

Ok, I see the pump. It looks like that hose just goes back towards the engine. Then the answer has to be that you either haven't finished the electrical connection or you have not filled the system yet.

Neither of which can be verified by the picture.
