Look at the graph again it was based on a point of 95.1 miles/hr speed on the dyno. At the top of the dyno you'll see 256.4hp max stock and 263hp max with the Plenum. For a 99 3.2L 911 I believe 256hp is in line with the drive chain losses.

IPD Plenum Update

RSS would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of the members who made the IPD Plenum Group Buy Promotion a total success. But more importantly we would like to congratulate the 6 Speed community for it’s ability to work together as an organized team creating great debates, questions and insight. It’s thread like this that give reputable manufacturers and distributors like RSS reason for renewing their memberships on 6 Speed.

RSS would also like to extend a special thanks to Mike at IPD for all of the hard work, R & D and dyno time that he has invested into these plenums. A big thank you also goes out to Deputy Dog and Eric dee for all their instrumental contributions regarding these threads. These threads are only as good as the questions and replies that are posted by members like you.

Each and every customer who called, e-mailed and PM their orders were some of the best customers we’ve ever spoken with and we look forward to providing more top quality parts and service again in the future. Speaking of which, stay tuned for the RSS big bore throttle bodies coming to a Group Buy thread near you later this month.

Big Cheers,
Team RSS

I just got the plenum from RSS Thursday, 4 days, very fast by Internet purchase standards. I wont be doing a dyno, 2001 996 C4, all of the dyno's I know of are 2 wheel around here, so this will be my DYI project for the weekend. So if I ever do get a dyno on the car it will be after the fact.

Arriving Monday, I hope the installation is straightforward like they mentioned.
