as a former C4 cab owner, i agree with what everyone is saying about the speed, stability and handling of the C4(and otherAWD varients from Porsche) they are so stable and just instill SO much condfidence. the things flat out amazing thats great is, it has the characterists for the most part of RWD but has the traction of AWD since 95% of the power goes the the rear wheels most of the time. i remember that the times i drove a stock e46 m3 when i had my c4 cab, i always felt that the my c4 cab was faster even though i know they were about the same in terms of speed. my c4 just felt so much better, as it should.

my dad also is on his second 996TT and that car just is just flat out amazing in EVERY way!

You bet it is!

I do this all winter with my C4 on skinny 17´s with studded tires. As much fun as any track day in the summer!

I have 12" wide 315s on my C4S and yes it grips pretty good

RWD is fun, though, but the awd almost lulls you to sleep with its insane limits.
