I did and I luv my results 15 -20hp and much increased gas mileage......on a bone stock 99 996. Added a VFlow and I could not be happier.....

 

Xdreams. Did you ever consider using moulded silicone to make one that replaces the whole thing. Adding things inside seems to me that it will take away from the cross section of the pipe = less air flow. Even if it's now smoother.

why porsche didn't do it as a Y shaped instead of a T? I think by connecting the two intake manifold make it seem like one. remember, Pcars are not about ultimate HP. Pcar engineer will sacrifice HP for throttle response etc. Or, I'm sure they would have done something like this.
