my car is 03 4S with 55thousand km with the orignal clutch i use it everyday in a busy city...i was wondering when to change?? who to find out the time? or the singes that tell me i must change??

what happens if i already passed this point and hadnt relised it?? any damge to the engine?? it my first manl. car so take it it easy on me
