Excellent!

I was just thinking about doing something like this. Thanks for a great installation article!

One question for you:

Tap into the red/green and the brown wires with tap-in connectors (2) and you can hook these leads up to a cigarette lighter socket (1). You can buy the connectors and socket from any electronics store, like Radio Shack.
What exactly is the "tap-in connector" called? If I went to Radio Shack, which one would I need?

They are actually called "tap-in connectors". A search for that on the Radio Shack web site gives this:

Wire Tap-Ins

Easy little snap-on things that allow you to connect a new wire into an existing one without any stripping or splicing.

The link doesn't work for me either. I think the site is over the limit in bandwidth.

Well that was a pain in the butt. My ISP limited the bandwidth to my website, so I had to transfer all the files to roadfly.org. I'll have to find a permanent place to host these files. Anyway, here are the install pics again:

Is it possible to use the aux in connector and use the factor cd changer as well? I have this feeling like it's gonna be one or the other. How would you be able to switch sources. I've the got the factory bose setup with the cassette player and changer.
