Yes Al, Michaels in Fresno.. I just had a nice one hour meeting with the new Service Manager Scott.. I vented to him my frustrations as a customer in regards to there lack of communication to us. He agreed and is aware of the problem. He came from the Cadillac side across the street, he said he turned there GM Service from being the 2nd worse in the US to the 2nd best in the US.. So he is planning on turning around the Porsche/VW/Audi Side as well.. So we will see how it goes. I understand that these guys deal with problems on a daily basis, and it takes a certain personallity to handle this, but if there two current advisors are burned out and just plain tired of dealing with customers and the usual problems, its obviously time to get some fresh people in there. I told him that we just need a simple phone call to lets us know whats going on.. The longer we don't know the more pissed of we get.. He couldn't agree with me more.. only time will tell...
