One camera phone picture of my car

Been meaning to do a real photoshoot but the lack of camera makes it hard to do so. Here is a quick picture of my 99 996 after I recently did a facelift.

I do all the work myself in my garage except paint.

Here is what it looks like during the process.

Awesome! Impressive that you did it yourself too! Make sure that hood is lower than the bumper though! It actually robs you of some top end. It was a Porsche campaign at one point believe it or not : )

Thanks guys...the DIY was much more involved than I expected but not all that hard. Just time consuming. It takes a lot to get the fenders off! I am still working on perfecting all the alignment. Right now it is at about 90-95% to perfect.

Really? First time I have heard of this but I have only been into pcars for less than half a year. How much lower should the hood be?

Just ever so slightly. I think it was changed very very early on. I remember the guys at Prestige Porsche telling me about it and how it took away something crazy like 4mph. But honestly I cant remember the last "stock car Ive seen with the problem. Probably just on the early ones. It's good to know though if your messing around with aftermarket stuff or in this case adjusting yourself. As nine9six said the alignment is not easy : )
