Last night someone tried to steal the "carrera" off the back of my car. Needless to say, it broke half off before they could get it...

So should I debadge, get a black one, get a silver one, or paint one yellow to add to the theme??

Also, is anywhere cheaper than ebay for these things?

That sucks. Hopefully there is no damage. You should get the 911 badge. I found one on ebay for $35 (the dealer charges $185!!) Also to remove the old badge you should use a piece of dental floss and dish soap (for lubrication) It works great. Good Luck

 

That sucks man. Better to roll incognito than to have some ****** scrape the paint trying to steal the next emblem you put on.

 

I thought about the 911 badge...Im worried about having a "Faded" carrera though in the paint.

 

My thoughts are go black carrera...so its nice black on black...or nothing at all.

Get the yellow! It's the ultimate FU to the SOB that tried to steal it! Then of course you run the risk of him trying to take it again since you can see it from a mile away lol

 

Sorry to hear that, now you should go around your area to look for a Civic with half a Carrera emblem on the trunk lid.....

Probably the thieve intended to **** off the owner rather steal it for his car or sell it.
