Cab Owner - I hate cats!
OK...does anyone have a good solution to keep the neighborhood cats off my dang car? I live in a condo and have underground parking. Everydang morning a cat that apparently no one owns...just lives in the area I guess loves to sit on my Cab top! I come out to see fur all over my top and paw prints all over the plastic window and across the car. GGRRRR!!!!
I usually have the car washed and under the car cover...but for those days the car is not clean and not covered...how do I keep that dang cat off my car!

I guess another bonus is it will keep the aliens from reading your mind when you're in the car .
+1 for the airsoft solution. Or leave on the cover as much as possible...

Most cats hate being anywhere close to mothballs. One or two under a cushion keeps them off the furniture. Of course you have to put up with the odor, too. Putting a few on the hood seam might work to keep them off a car.

I knew you guys would know!! Tin Foil and Moth ***** huh?
I was thinking maybe there is some spray you can buy at PETSMART or something that would keep them away.
I may make a tin foil "blanket" to lay on top of my cab!
and the rest of your "solutions" would get me in trouble!! But Deputy..the saucer of antifreeze is evil and diabolical...I like it!

Russ, agreed. Only 100% guaranteed way really. Well that an a Model 82, .50cal good to knock off all nine lives with one well placed .50 and if you miss, the noise will scare the cat into the afterlife

my cat never leaves the house (she is hairless...freezing to death in winter and burning to a crisp in summer)...but my garage is attached and for some reason that dumb animal always HAS to put her dirty *** on my top....and now I leave the top down and she sits on top of my windshield....go figure!!

.22 caliber bolt rifle with a 3-5x scope and a single CB long rifle bullet. Subsonic with just enough power to penetrate a skull at 35 to 40 feet. Quieter than an air rifle and no downrange sonic boom.
Oh, and you think the paw prints are no fun. Wait until the bastard gets into the car and sprays it.
On a more feline friendly note there is always animal control to come pick up the stray/unrestrained pet. Every city / county has leash laws and most animal control units are very repsonsive to complaints about strays. If the f'er is someones pet, they'll probably keep the f'er inside after having to spend 100 bucks to bail him/her/it out of pet prison.
