We are painting them all the time. They must be dismantled, all switches removed, and sent to us for painting. Turnaround is less than a week though.

Email me anytime for details. We do a few sets a week now. This includes ALL the panels from just below the center vent, down to and including the lower storage box.

Hi Eric

Did you ever do a PCM faceplate in dull black instead of glossy ?
Do you have pics, I am thinking about it but don't know what will look better, I do not want to have too much glossy in the interior

Would appriate if you have a pic

Mike

+++++++++++++++++++++++
I like it if for looks and nothing else. Without it the wheel looks too plain jane. I use it for volume only.....working the CD, etc., just a bit too involved when pushing the tt through gobs of traffic.

vs this work of art in my C4S Cab:
I love my 997 sport wheel. IMO it is nicer the the 996 wheel.

looks nice. whoever pulled it all apart they did a great job. I pulled one apart to just blend another part together when I did an aftermarket screen so it looked seemless.... I needed a valuum when i was done... I talked to a guy at the Porsche dealership , he said the new ones can be "M CODED" to not have the volcano gray on it and do body color at the time of order. I seen a totaled vehicle online about a month ago, i don't know if it was Cayman or Boxster, but had a PCM with a broken screen, if I find the link again I will fwd it to you, would be nice to have one already primed and disassembled awaiting for paint?!?!

Yes is can be done at the factory in exterior color or leather, but it is a $$$$$$$$$$$$$ option, not worth that kind of money IMO
